February 03 HELPING MYSELF LOSEWell today was another great day for eating and diets.
I continue to monitor what I am eating and think so far I am doing well. I also did some exercises to add to the regular eating program. First I am starting off slow and then will add other things to the program.
Eating habits for the day.
LUNCH: 2 caraway rye slices of bread, with 2 tablespoons of margerine, mustard, with one slice of cooked ham, two slices of cheddar medium cheese and one pickle.
Supper: One 6 oz of pork (no bone and little fat content), 3/4 potato and scoop of corn, one glass of 2% milk, 3 peanut butter cookies.
I have two coffees, with 2 sugar and 1 oz milk in each cup, plus two teas with 2 sugar and 3 oz. milk in each.
Before supper I did my exercise included: ten touch toes (five on each toe),
ten leg extensions out, five for each leg.
YESTERDAY: I walked to and from the grocery store, about 20 minute walk to and from. Took rest half way back only. Also drank one full bottle (small - i think 10 oz. container) and half bag of hick sticks.
Tomorrow (february 04, 06) - I plan on going to Pinky Lewis Pool to swim for the adult, aquafit and also the family/open swim.
I will take with me to eat, one can of diet coke, one caraway rye sandwich, carrots and a fruit.
